Total voting rights

The Company's total issued share capital consists of 46,185,874 shares of 1 penny each. Science Group holds 391,975 shares in treasury. Of the total issued share capital, 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust and hence the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 45,689,499.

The figure of 45,689,499 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
