Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 10 November 2020 Peter Bertram, Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a 238p per share.

Following this acquisition, Peter Bertram is now interested 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.01% of the total voting rights in the Company.
